For those targeting a 5K race, our plans focus on building a strong foundation of cardiovascular fitness and improving running technique. We gradually increase your running volume and intensity while incorporating speed workouts, and interval training to enhance your speed and efficiency.

If you’re aiming for a 10K or half marathon, we design plans that include a balance of aerobic endurance, speed work, and longer runs.
